Rotary Club of Digboi observed the 77th.Republic Day at club premises with the active participation of members & guests. The programme was smoothly conducted by Secretary Rtn. Dr. Dipen Borthakur. The National Flag was unfurled by President Rtn. Santanu Roy, followed by a warm welcome address by the President. On this occasion Rtn. Urmi Sarma Goswami (PE) & Rtn. Dr. Nirza Saikia (IPP) addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of the day & Rotarys commitment for Service Above Self. The programme was concluded with food distribution among the gathering.
